The giveaway registration begins on February 20, 2008 at 12:01 EDT and ends May 20, 2008 at 12:00 midnight EDT. Representatives from Got Game Entertainment LLC, will randomly select the winners from ALL eligible entries submitted by May 20, 2008. The names of the winners will be announced on or about June 1, 2008.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and where not prohibited by law. Contest open to persons who are 18 years of age or older OR less than 18 years of age who have the permission of their parent or legal guardian, who shall be awarded the prize for the benefit of the minor, except employees of Got Game Entertainment LLC and their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, including their respective advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, the "Sponsors"), and the immediate families of each (including mother, father sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse), regardless of where they live; or person who reside in the same household, whether related or not. Void wherever prohibited by law.

2. TO ENTER VIA THE INTERNET: After reading and accepting the rules, fill in the submission form and answer the questions, then click the “Submit” button. Your entry will be automatically sent to us. Limit one entry per email address per contest. Should more than one entry be received from any email address per contest, we reserve the right to void all your entries.

The Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible, or scrambled entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. The Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. The Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from the contest. CAUTION: Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the contest is a violation of the criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. PRIZES: An EMF meter, an Analog Dictaphone, a Night-vision Camcorder, and a Digital Camera of similar and reasonable qualities.

All entrants agree that decisions of the Sponsors will be final and binding in all matters related to this contest and release the Sponsors from all liability concerning the contest. All taxes, license, and all other costs of ownership are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except by the Sponsors, in their sole and complete discretion.

In the event a winner is unable to accept any prize for any reason, a new winner will be selected following the procedures outlined above. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes based upon prize availability.

5. Winners entering via the Internet will be notified by electronic mail (email). Each winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit and Release within 15 days of notification, or winner's prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By accepting a prize and executing the Affidavit and Release, the winner agrees, where lawful, that the Sponsors may use winner's name, likeness, biographical information, voice and statements attributed to winner (if true), for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

6. The Sponsors are not responsible for any computer or human error of any kind which compromises the administration or proper play of the contest. The Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel or modify the contest at any time. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

7. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by August 10 to Contest Winners, c/o Got Game Entertainment LLC, PO Box 1251, Weston, CT 06883 USA. The list will also be posted at the website. Winners should allow 4 to 6 weeks after mailing their Affidavit and Release to receive their prize.
